September 2016: Field Visit and AGM
Patrick Murray hosted a field visit and demonstrated dry-land eucalypts, bare rooted manuka seedlings and showed the research results for improved radiata pine seedling quality.
After a barbecue lunch, the AGM was held at the Horizons regional Council office in Woodville.

5 May 2017: Field visit & AGM
Richard Cook hosted the morning field visit to Hiwinui Forest, ex-Wairarapa Catchment Board now part of the RMS estate managed by PF Olsen. Looked at the mixed objectives of the early establishment and the challenges of the site now.
After lunch, the AGM was held in the Martinborough Hotel and a new Board elected.
